Seeing this video makes me wonder if the DC Bike Sharing program is supposed to end at a certain hour because they may not have lights on the bike? Do the Paris bikes have built in headlights?
Yes, Phil, the Velib' bikes have built-in front and rear lights. SmartBike DC bikes will also have the same.
